Pan Seared Chicken Oscar

This is the most perfect dish- the chicken is perfectly cooked- it melts in your mouth and falls apart because it's so tender. The hollandaise sauce on top of the perfectly assembled stack of mashed potatoes, crab, chicken and asparagus is the perfect touch to make this one the perfect dinner. I love this dish so much it's hard for me to get anything else when we dine at Oscar's of Summerville!!

Sterling Silver Center Cut Filet Mignon

The Filet Mignon was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. The haystack on top which I requested was delicious with it. Great dinner.
